In this episode, Chris breaks down his case for bro splits, using frequency as a tool based on individual physique needs. We get into his relaxed post-show approach, why he monitors biometrics over the scale, and why he doesn't recommend it for everyone.
We also cover how his prep approach has evolved since 2013, his take on competing naturally before making the jump to the enhanced side of the sport, and if peptides actually have application in prep.
